Qualifications

• Experience in hot forging preferred.
• Experience on hot press, slitter, and shot blasting required.
• Power press training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to produce fasteners to tight tolerances.
• Train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility.
• Use gauges and measurement equipment to verify specs.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Contribute to continuous improvement teams.
• Ensure housekeeping and quality procedures are followed.
