Howmet Aerospace is seeking an operator/setter at its Leicester site to work on hot forging and related processes. The role includes operating machines, maintaining tolerances, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-conscious environment.
Compensation reflects an hourly rate with shift allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a team focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous development at Meridian Business Park.
Responsibilities
£15.85 operator level inclusive of 15% shift allowance to Setter Operator £17.61 per hour including shift allowance - Competitive Hourly Rate - skill level dependent and ongoing development through Grading Structure.
Prime Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park, Excellent Working Conditions, Parking
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6 am to 2.30 pm, Friday 6 am to 11.30 am. 15 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid break. Excellent canteen facilities.
