Pret A Manger is hiring a Hot Food Chef at Belfast International Airport. You will prepare and cook hot food to Pret standards, follow recipes, and maintain high hygiene and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in food production.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and cooking Pret's hot food products to the highest standards.
• Following recipes, specifications and food safety procedures at all times.
• Ensuring products are available, fresh and presented to Pret standards.
• Monitoring cooking times, temperatures and food quality throughout the day.
• Maintaining excellent food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing stock rotation and reducing waste through effective product management.
• Supporting product ordering, deliveries and stock control processes.
• Keeping all kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Working closely with the wider shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Supporting the training and development of new kitchen team members.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive and inclusive team culture.
