Job summary

Pret A Manger, Belfast International Airport, is seeking a motivated Front of House Team Leader to drive daily operations, coach colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers strong leadership opportunities in a busy travel hub.

You will lead shifts, motivate staff, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and help train new teammates while upholding Pret’s values and delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive, hands‑on approach and willingness to lead by example.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment.
• A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership career.
