Job summary

Pret A Manger Belfast International Airport is seeking a Team Leader for Front of House to coach and inspire the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and support daily shop operations. You'll lead shifts, train new colleagues, uphold food safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment within a beloved, people-first culture.

This hands-on role offers progression opportunities, training, and a competitive hourly rate up to £15.55, with a focus on leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or other fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the management team in daily operations.
• Inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coach and support team members to build confidence and capability.
