La Maison Ani is a celebration of love and food, located just a stone's throw from Sloane Street within the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, bringing the timeless allure of France to Knightsbridge, London.

Role: Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as a communication hub for all departments, assisting the reception manager and supervisor with daily duties, and maintaining a constant and consistent presence at the desk.

1. Greet guests politely and promptly upon arrival, monitor coat check service.
2. Have comprehensive knowledge of all relevant information regarding the restaurant, service standards, and menus.
3. Ensure all special requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
4. Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
5. Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of daily correspondence and internal administration.
6. Be aware of VIP guests, food critics, guests with special needs, allergies, etc.
7. Carry out any other reasonable requests as directed by the reception and reservation managers.
