Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Host to join our award-winning care team. You’ll help enhance residents’ dining experiences and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

You’ll set up the dining room before meals, monitor cleanliness checklists, keep the Bistro replenished, and assist with special events. Experience in catering is helpful; Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred. Flexibility and good time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Food Hygiene is desirable (or willingness to undertake within 12 weeks).
• Experience in catering services is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Effective time keeping and time management.
