Scope Of Position
The Host will greet and welcome guests, serve them in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent guest experience. They will need extensive knowledge of menu offerings and systems informatics, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate with reservations teams regarding bookings and special requests.
Supporting team members and providing guest feedback to management are also key responsibilities.
