Job summary

El Pastor in London is hiring for a Host to staff our vibrant dining rooms. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a warm, welcoming experience for every guest across a high-volume service. A passion for hospitality, strong English, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

You will be part of a small but dynamic group within Harts Group, with opportunities for development, tasting experiences, and a supportive team culture that values guests and colleagues alike.

Host | El Pastor Restaurant | Soho, London

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor.

We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
