Role Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly Host to deliver an excellent dining experience, from setting up for service to welcoming residents into our restaurant. You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and access to personal development resources including online portals and LinkedIn Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting up tables in the restaurant and café
2. Serving in the restaurant and café at mealtimes
3. Preparing trays and providing room service for residents
4. Serving drinks at the bar (applicants over 18)
5. Maintaining cleanliness and high standards in the restaurant, café, and kitchen area
6. Supporting other areas such as serving meals in rooms, restocking kitchens, and delivering refreshments

Skills and Qualifications:

We seek caring individuals with customer service experience, possibly some catering or kitchen experience. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Knowledge of maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment is important.
