Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role leads POS and payment technology transformations across CH&CO sites, delivering end-to-end deployments from discovery to handover.

Hybrid working with travel across CH&CO sites and client locations is required. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale hospitality technology transformations, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven project management skills, with a focus on POS and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale POS replacement or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong hospitality, retail or food service technology experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to leadership teams.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and installation partners.
• Experience managing equipment deployment and decommissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end POS and payment terminal replacement projects.
• Conduct site discovery and requirements gathering activities.
• Understand and document operational requirements using PCI DSS and industry standards.
• Coordinate installation schedules and deployment plans with internal teams and partners.
• Manage suppliers, third-party installers and deployment teams.
• Maintain detailed records throughout deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and site security requirements are met.
• Oversee decommissioning and disposal of legacy equipment.
