Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw is seeking a Restaurant Host to welcome guests, manage bookings, and support smooth service in our Food and Beverage team. You will provide warm greetings, answer queries, and help guests with menu recommendations and dietary needs.

Training will be provided, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure exceptional guest experiences across our luxury estate and dining venues.

Qualificações

• Experience in food and beverage preferred but training is provided.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; food safety a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and handle bookings and enquiries.
• Provide timely answers to queries by phone, email or in person.
• Develop knowledge of menus and premises to assist guests effectively.
• Suggest menu items and specials, accommodating dietary requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
