Hospitality Team Member - 40 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at the Sports Bar. Candidates must be fully flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care while following all company procedures, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous improvement.
  • Operating tills and handling cash transactions.
  • Waiting tables, clearing and cleaning cutlery and glasses, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Proactively identifying food and beverage needs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all casino areas.
