Job Details

Job Type: Part Time - 20 Hours Contract

Hourly Rate: £14.35ph

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organise and deliver successful events in the venue.
  2. Monitor and serve all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests; clear throughout the event.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure food and service meet Searcys standards.
  4. Brief the waiting team and oversee daily operations with the retail manager.
  5. Assist in developing the waiting team, ensuring adherence to standards and providing training.
  6. Ensure compliance with legislative and government guidelines (e.g., Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH).
  7. Ensure staff present themselves correctly and are well-groomed.
  8. Handle customer complaints courteously and refer to the line manager if necessary.
  9. Conduct checks in business centre and training areas for maintenance and safety; report issues.
  10. Monitor food and beverage control, including stock takes, in accordance with in-house policies.
  11. Promote teamwork and work efficiently.
  12. Work independently and take initiative.
  13. Follow all company and client policies and procedures.
