Qualifications

Job Description:

From high profile events and functions to corporate meetings, you’ll ensure every customer experience is positive. Providing efficient, high-standard hospitality service, you’ll set up, serve, and clear areas with meticulous attention to detail, understanding that discretion and politeness are essential.

Your daily duties include liaising with the client reception team regarding bookings, hosting in the executive lounge, setting meeting rooms, delivering food and beverages, and managing food, health, and safety requirements.

You should be able to listen carefully, take instructions, communicate confidently, and work according to organized procedures while maintaining good practices. You’ll liaise with customers to meet their needs.

Ideally, you will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.

  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Supervisor in contract catering, hotels, or fine dining is preferred.

No other formal qualifications are required, but you’ll need to read our company manuals to understand our products and services. BM Caterers supports your training and development to help achieve your career goals.

  • The salary for this role is £ per hour
  • The basic hours are 40 hours per week
  • The working week is Monday to Friday
  • Monthly wages are fixed at LGA but support other London-based BM sites
