The National Agriculture Team manages and underwrites clients with over $10MM borrowings in the Agriculture sector within the Commercial Bank in Canada. The team leads a group of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, focusing on credit structuring, deal review, and risk management for the portfolio.

The role provides exceptional operational support to clients and team growth, aiming to increase revenue, maximize profitability, and manage risk. The leader fosters a culture aligned with BMO's purpose, values, and strategy, exemplifying these in all activities.

  • Highly experienced in communication, analysis, influence, and collaboration.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
Salary:

$84,000.00 - $156,000.00
