Core Hours: Monday-Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm

Job purpose

The Hospitality Specialist is part of Situ’s busy Operations Team, ensuring our clients and guests receive a seamless experience throughout all stages of the reservation process. You will support your team in finalising the last stages of bookings, ensuring guests understand their reservation details and arrival process, and receive the best experience possible during their stay.

As the first point of contact for guest queries and concerns, you will liaise with our global supply chain to ensure the best experience for your guests, whatever their needs are.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Arrange each guest’s check-in promptly in line with Situ’s KPIs
  • Monitor and allocate emails within the Situ shared inbox
  • Support the team in offering clients a ‘hassle-free’ booking process
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and suppliers at all times
  • Work with suppliers to resolve any issues during a guest’s reservation
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required
  • Maximise opportunities to develop and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Follow and support company policies and procedures
  • This list is not exhaustive; you will be expected to perform different tasks as required, in line with Situ’s overall business strategies.
