Job summary

The Cow & Sow is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to bring our three restaurants and wider group brands to life online. You’ll own content creation, filming and editing to showcase our brands’ personalities, with on-site shoots and real-time content capture.

You'll manage social channels, spot trends, and support campaigns from concept to delivery, delivering monthly performance insights. This is a hands-on, on-site role in a fast-paced hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content, ideally within hospitality.
• Confident filming, photographing and editing high-quality content.
• Creative eye with strong understanding of brand identity and tone of voice.
• Know how to use social media trends effectively.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple brands and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Capture photo and video content at Bristol and Birmingham venues.
• Maintain consistent tone and visual identity for each brand.
• Manage channels: scheduling, comments, messages and engagement.
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow audiences.
• Support marketing campaigns, PR activity and content shoots from ideas to delivery.
• Produce monthly reports on content performance, audience growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with The Field Farmshop & Kitchen team and cover during leave.
