Little Big Group is seeking a Social Media & Content Executive to own day-to-day social channels across four hotels. You will capture, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content, collaborate with our agency, and build a strong content library that supports campaigns and events.

As you grow in the role, there is real scope to develop into a Social Media Manager, with opportunities for progression within a family-run hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for a business or personal channels.
• Creative eye for photography, video, and short-form content with samples.
• Confident and approachable, able to work with hotel teams, guests and creators.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• Strong written English with adaptable tone for brands.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities across four hotels.

Responsabilités

• Execute the social media strategy across four hotels and the group brand.
• Coordinate with the agency and create monthly content calendars.
• Plan content around menus, events and occupancy needs with hotel teams.
• Shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage a library of approved images and video assets.
• Monitor comments and messages, and relay inquiries to hotel teams.
