Job summary

Cow & Sow in Bristol is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to bring our three restaurants and wider group brands to life online. This content-first role involves capturing moments in our venues, planning shoots, and building a distinctive tone of voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

You will work on-site with our teams, publish posts, monitor engagement, grow audiences, and help with campaigns and content shoots from idea to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content, ideally within hospitality.
• Confident filming, photographing and editing high-quality content.
• Strong brand identity and tone-of-voice understanding.
• Able to manage multiple brands and priorities on-site.
• Flexible, enthusiastic and willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Organised, proactive and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Creating and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Capturing engaging photo and video content across our Bristol and Birmingham venues.
• Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity for each brand.
• Managing social channels, including scheduling, comments, messages and community engagement.
• Identifying trends, content opportunities and creative ways to grow our audiences.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, PR activity and content shoots, from ideas through to delivery.
• Producing monthly reports on content performance, audience growth and engagement.
• Collaborating with the Social Media & Content Executive at The Field Farmshop & Kitchen, sharing ideas and providing cover during annual leave.
