Job summary

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our UK sales operation from our Southampton-based team. You will develop and drive sales strategies, build a high-performing team and coach leaders to exceed ambitious targets across our properties.

You will identify market trends, manage key client relationships and present forecasts to senior management, ensuring revenue growth and strong market presence across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• High level of understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting.
• Strategic thinker who is results driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with ambition targets, and lead the sales team to achieve these.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the sales team, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training and motivation.
• Prepare and present detailed forecasts and reports for senior management.
