The successful candidate will shape the sales agenda, mentor the team, and ensure a high-performance culture while aligning with the company’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• High level of understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting.
• Strategic thinker who is results driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with ambition targets, and lead the sales team to achieve these.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the sales team, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training and motivation.
• Prepare and present detailed forecasts and reports for senior management.
