Job description

The Hospitality Planning Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of hospitality operations across Etihad Stadium.

Working closely with the Hospitality Planning Manager and operational teams, the role is responsible for coordinating event information, preparing operational documentation, communicating event requirements and ensuring hospitality teams have the information they need to deliver successful matchdays, conferences, banqueting events and special events.

The role acts as a central coordination point between Sales, Culinary, Operations, Finance and other internal stakeholders, ensuring operational plans remain accurate, up to date and effectively communicated.
