Aramark in Stevenage is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a large team across multiple sites. You will oversee operations, drive GP targets and budgets, and implement service standards with focus on client satisfaction.

Job Description

Pay:up to £35,000

Hours:Permanent,40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (7.00am – 3.30pm)

What you’lldo:

• Managing a large team to success to include all recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, offboarding etc
• Oversee and manage hospitality operations across the sites to include selling and delivering to internal customers, and achieving agreed GP and budgets
• Set and drive standards and implement new ideas putting your own stamp on things
• Carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference, Hospitality and Events
• Budget and stock management
• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through providing a client facing service
• Compliance with statutory legislation/company policy food safety and health and safety including HACCP and allergen awareness. Oversee staff training
• Menu management and tasting sessions working alongside the Culinary team

Qualifications
