Compass Group UK is seeking a proactive Hospitality Manager to lead the day-to-day hospitality operations on an exciting newly mobilised contract catering site. You will oversee meeting room and hospitality services, client catering and events, and ensure every experience is delivered to a high standard.

You will lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and bring creative ideas to enhance the customer journey as the operation

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality, events, hotels or contract catering.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence to work with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Positive, hands-on approach and energy.
• Hungry to develop professionally.
