Compass Group UK is seeking a proactive Hospitality Manager to lead the day-to-day hospitality operations on an exciting newly mobilised contract catering site. You will oversee meeting room and hospitality services, client catering and events, and ensure every experience is delivered to a high standard.

You will lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and bring creative ideas to enhance the customer journey as the operation

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, hotels or contract catering.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence to work with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Positive, hands-on approach and energy.
• Hungry to develop professionally.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, ambitious and hospitality-focused Hospitality Manager to join our team at an exciting newly mobilised contract catering site.

We're building a fantastic hospitality offering across the site, with plenty of opportunities to bring your ideas, personality and experience to the table. From impressive client meetings and busy working lunches to beautifully delivered hospitality experiences, you'll be at the heart of making sure every detail is just right.

What will you be doing?

As Hospitality Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day hospitality operation, making sure everything runs smoothly, looks fantastic and - most importantly - leaves our customers wanting to come back.

Who are we looking for?

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in hospitality, events, hotels or contract catering

• The confidence to work with clients and senior stakeholders
• A positive, hands‑on approach
• The ability to stay calm, organised and professional when things get busy
