BM Caterers in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead service standards, budgeting and revenue strategies for a 12-month maternity cover. You will oversee all aspects of dining operations, ensure food safety and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2-3 years of hospitality leadership experience, with strong cost controls, forecasting and team management, plus a degree and safety certifications. Excellent customer service and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a corporate dining service environment.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in food production, service and cost controls.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent with Food Safety Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2.
