About The Role

Your focus is on delivering a customer-centric experience at Avery while ensuring that residents’ needs are fully integrated and supported. You will oversee and effectively manage all non-clinical and care-related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensure effective working practices to deliver high standards of service in hospitality areas including activities/events, housekeeping, food and beverage, and reception.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment, including the garden and outdoor areas.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Avery’s brand standards throughout the home.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate work effectively, considering the resource and skill base of the team.

About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
• One to two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, restaurants, or hotels.
• Understanding of industry standards, policies, and procedures in hotel and care settings.
• Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent.
