Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the United Kingdom & Ireland offers an 18-month Management Development Programme designed to rotate you through hotel operations, culminating in a Duty Manager role within 3–6 months. We’re looking for graduates with a passion for hospitality, a proactive attitude, and a degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality; placement flexibility is required.

You will receive extensive development, mentoring, and opportunities to progress into permanent management roles

Qualifications

• Passion for genuine hospitality
• Proactive, positive and resilient attitude
• Degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality
• Experience in an operational hotel role preferred
• Flexible on placement location

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across hotel operations
• Early focus on the Duty Manager role within 3–6 months
• Support from deputies and operations managers throughout the programme
• Participation in 18-month development and learning activities
