Job summary

Vida Plena seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for its Dallas Burger Joint in Shoreditch. You will lead a team to deliver warm, attentive service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll train staff, manage orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to handle dietary preferences while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver warm, authentic, and engaging hospitality.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the team follows service touch points for a positive dining experience.
• Train the team to deliver personalized service and embody Vida Plena’s guest experience.
• Coach and mentor the team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu and communicate product knowledge to the team.
• Manage dietary needs by informing kitchen and coordinating with guests.
• Assist with upselling and promotion of food and drinks.
• Foster a culture of respect, ambition and teamwork.
• Collaborate to identify service gaps and develop training to overcome them.
• Assist with administrative duties such as training, stock control and audits.
