Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Supervisor or Team Leading experience in a bar or restaurant.
• You bring genuine hospitality to every guest and lead by example.
• A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, especially during peak times, by maintaining service standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members and uphold Pho policies.
• Support operations to run smoothly and safely throughout the restaurant.
