Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is recruiting an HR Administrator for Crowne Plaza Nottingham to keep the people side of the hotel running accurately, on time, and with the right level of care for confidential information.

You will be the first point of contact for team member queries on people reporting, maintain records and HR systems, support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training, and assist the General Manager with documentation and meetings.

Qualifications

• Maintain HR systems with accurate data and run regular audits
• Deliver induction and onboarding for new starters
• Maintain complete personnel files and handle confidential information
• Assist with recruitment setup and communication with candidates
• Take minutes at management meetings and distribute them
• Coordinate training and ensuring compliance with GDPR/PCI DSS

Responsibilities

• Keep HR systems updated with accurate data and run audits
• Act as the first point of contact for team member queries
• Develop and improve team reporting
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Deliver induction for new starters
• Maintain personnel files and compliance records
• Coordinate training and attendance
• Take minutes at management meetings
• Monitor absence and support return-to-work processes
• Provide admin support to the General Manager and managers
