Job summary

Caledonian Hotel Collection is seeking a Restaurant Assistant to support daily restaurant service in the on-site dining area. You will help serve food and drink, assist guests, and uphold hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help serve food and drink in the restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
• Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
• To up sell products where possible.
• Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
• Assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant department.
