Job description

We are currently recruiting for Hospitality Hosts to join our Airport Hospitality Team. Our award-winning airport lounges offer an unrivalled passenger experience and are ranked as the number one common-use lounge in the US across TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp! and Facebook reviews.

Principal Accountabilities include:
  1. Provide a meet and greet service to users of the Lounges, dealing courteously and efficiently to ensure a world class level of customer service.
  2. Ensure Lounge facilities are maintained to a high standard and consistently presented in line with the Standards of Operations, carrying out the required daily standards check. Deal with and report on any discrepancies, together with recommendations for solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all Lounge customers, including maintaining the database of all bookings.
  4. Take monies (credit/debit cards and cash) for direct bookings either by telephone or on the day of travel and reconcile all monies taken.
  5. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to product directions and in accordance with the alcohol license.
  6. Assist with clearing and organizing the lounge, ensuring a high standard of hygiene in the preparation, service, and guest areas.
  7. Maintain stock levels, ensure proper dating and rotation, and replenish food and beverage buffet service in the lounge.
  8. Dispose of waste, including recycling, in the appropriate manner and, if required, remove it to the designated location.
  9. Provide assisted service to guests during their stay with business services. Perform back of house duties when catering staff are not present or are busy, including but not limited to restocking food & beverages, clearing tables, loading/unloading the dishwasher, rotating stock, and keeping the kitchen and lounges clean and tidy.
About you:

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  1. A solid background in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  2. A team player with a first-class approach to customer service.
  3. Numerical and analytical skills.
  4. Computer literate with mainstream PC applications including Microsoft Office.
  5. Experience of working on own initiative, capable of building solid and beneficial relationships both internally and externally.
  6. Willing to work on a flexible basis.

Please note: You must be at least 18 years old to comply with our alcohol service policy.

You will be required to work a range of shifts, with early shifts starting as early as 3 am and late shifts finishing as late as 8 pm. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.
