The Wateredge Inn, Ambleside, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure our buildings and grounds provide a safe, exceptional guest experience. You will lead the maintenance team, plan workloads, and uphold safety standards in a busy lakeside setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction trade is essential.
• NVQ or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and seven-day coverage.
• Inspect boilers, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment; address hazards.
• Plan and supervise maintenance projects; liaise with contractors.
