Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Harvester division is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead a team during a 12-week induction in the district. The role offers progression to General Manager roles or Deputy/Assistant positions based on training outcomes, with strong leadership development and cross-venue exposure.

You will drive across district venues, supported by an area manager, and participate in a program aimed at building bespoke management capability and business growth.
