Mitchells & Butler plc is seeking a driven individual to join its General Manager in Training program. You will embark on a 12-week induction designed to develop the skills needed to lead a hospitality business and progress to a General Manager role.

Based in a district, you will drive across multiple venues, with support from an area manager and a structured training plan to grow your teams and achieve targets. Join Miller and Carter and become part of a success-driven team.

Qualifications

• Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
• Be able to drive and support business across a district whilst training.
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential and ability to manage guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team during the 12-week induction.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosts to life’s memorable moments.
• Support your business to deliver food and drink to be proud of.
• Strive towards and achieve business targets.
• Progress to General Manager or Deputy/Assistant roles based on performance.
