Job summary

Toby Carvery is seeking a General Manager in Training in West Kirby to join its district leadership team. You will start with a comprehensive 12-week induction designed to develop the skills needed to become a successful General Manager across Toby Carvery restaurants, under Mitchells & Butler's umbrella.

The role requires strong leadership, willingness to travel across district sites, and a clear path to progression into a General Manager or Deputy/Assistant Manager roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to achieve business goals.
• Drive and own transport for district travel.
• Willingness to undergo a 12-week GM in Training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 12-week GM in Training program to groom future leaders.
• Train and motivate the team across shifts to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support the district across multiple sites and ensure targets are met.
