ILLUME RECRUITMENT is seeking a Hospitality General Manager for a City of London contract catering project. The role is Monday to Friday and focuses on mobilising and managing an exciting new contract, reporting to the client on site.

The ideal candidate will be currently operating as a Hospitality Manager within London's B&I sector and will step into their first General Manager position, leading a small on-site team and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience as Hospitality Manager, Deputy GM or GM in contract catering within the last year.
• Ability to lead a small on-site team.
• Strong client relationships and problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of 3 on site (Hospitality Manager, FOH Assistant, Catering Assistant).
• Oversee a free issue breakfast and cost plus hospitality; there is no lunch offering.
• Manage the client on site with an open, proactive problem-solving approach.

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality General Manager to mobilise and manage an exciting new B&I contract in the City of London.

For this Hospitality General Manager role, I am looking for a candidate currently in a Hospitality Manager position within London's B&I sector who is excited at the opportunity to take on their first General Manager position.

The role will require the Hospitality General Manager to:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 – Hospitality Manager, FOH Assistant, Catering Assistant

• Oversee a free issue breakfast and cost plus hospitality, there is no lunch offering

• Manage the client on site with an open, problem solving and efficient approach

All candidates applying for this Hospitality General Manager role must have been in either a Hospitality Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
