Collins King & Associates in London is seeking an experienced Hospitality Assistant Manager to lead a team of around 10 and run the day-to-day premium hospitality operation across the site, delivering fine dining and exceptional service to clients and senior stakeholders.

The role is based in a prestigious City head office, with responsibilities including coaching staff, maintaining high standards across food, beverage and service, and collaborating with culinary teams to ensure seamless events

Job description

An exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality career in a prestigious City head office environment. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant Manager to join a high-performing team within a large City head office. This is a hands‑on operational role where you will play a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality and fine‑dining experiences to clients, guests and senior stakeholders. You will work alongside the Hospitality Manager, taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation and leading a team of around 10 hospitality professionals.

The Role

Your days will be varied, combining premium hospitality, fine dining and exceptional customer service, with responsibility for ensuring every service runs smoothly and to the highest possible standard.

• Managing and motivating a team of approximately 10 people.
• Leading the day‑to‑day hospitality operation across the site.
• Delivering high‑end hospitality and fine‑dining services.
• Supporting VIP guests and senior stakeholders.
• Maintaining consistently high standards of food, beverage and service.
• Managing hospitality requirements for meetings, lunches and private functions.
• Supporting and overseeing occasional evening events.
• Coaching and developing your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Working closely with the wider culinary and hospitality teams.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, naturally hands‑on and enjoys being visible on the floor. You will ideally have experience in a premium hospitality, fine‑dining, hotel, events or contract catering environment, together with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
