Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for a 32-hour contract in Manchester. You will help deliver excellent guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner, working with kitchen, reception and reservations to ensure smooth service.

Applicants should be guest-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to follow food safety and allergen guidelines while supporting our 24/7 hotel operations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and deliver high-quality service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and strong organisational skills.
• Support 24/7 hotel operations, including weekends and holidays.
• Communicate clearly, with additional language skills as a bonus.
