Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function across a growing hospitality hotel group, based in Doncaster. You will lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls, working with senior management and a Finance Assistant.

ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience is preferred, with multi-site exposure. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills, including Sage Intacct and Opera PMS integration,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience across multi-site hotel groups.
• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or demonstrable equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Oversee ledgers, reconciliations, VAT and year-end.
• Support payroll reconciliation and controls.
• Provide financial analysis to senior management.
• Lead and review work of Finance Assistant.
