Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Wishaw is seeking a guest-focused team member to join Sam's Bar & Kitchen and other resort outlets. You will take orders, deliver friendly service, and help guests enjoy their day with warm hospitality.

Training is provided, and you'll be supported by a strong team. The role requires weekend and evening availability, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to work across multiple venues to keep the resort running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred but training is provided.
• Excellent guest service and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and proactively ensure their needs are met.
• Cleaning and hygiene practices are maintained to a high standard.
• Work across all areas within Sam's and the Driving range.
• Assist across outlets to ensure smooth resort operation.
