Job summary

Evolve Hospitality is seeking Chefs across the Midlands for Stadiums & Events who can thrive in fast-paced, high-profile settings and take ownership of every plate. The role offers flexible patterns, opportunities to work at prestigious venues, and a chance to cook for VIP teams and management across diverse kitchens.

Applicants should have at least one year as Chef de Partie, be able to operate independently, and hold valid food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Ability to manage any section confidently and maintain high standards.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling standards.
• Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Clean chef uniform and knives on sites.

Requirements
