Job summary

Vacherin in London is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our award-winning team. You will greet guests, serve with pride and help create memorable experiences for clients at our 33 Old Broad Street location.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00-16:30, you will uphold high standards of food handling, hygiene and health and safety while representing Compass Group UK&I through excellent service and a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted.
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00am - 16:30pm

Rate of Pay: £30,902 per annum, evening overtime paid at 1.5
