Working across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, our Hospitality Assistants will provide first-class service to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

Your role at Signature

Our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for maintaining the non-clinical areas of our home, supporting our exceptional dining experiences and luxurious environment.

Responsibilities vary each shift depending on the department supported:

1. Housekeeping: Apply high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness to residents' homes and communal spaces, ensuring they are spotless and well-presented. Also, handle laundry, keeping residents' clothing and the home's laundry clean.
2. Food & Beverage: Welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve food, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Reset tables, tidy work areas, and prepare service areas for the next shift.
3. Assist in organizing and delivering individual and group activities, participate in key events like the summer fete, and support outside activities such as shopping, GP appointments, and outings.
