Your Role at Signature

Our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for maintaining the non-clinical areas of our home, from providing excellent dining experiences to ensuring a luxurious environment.

Responsibilities vary per shift and department:

• Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in residents' homes and communal areas, including laundry duties.
• Food & Beverage: Welcome residents, explain menu options, serve food, and keep the dining areas clean. Reset tables and prepare service areas for the next shift.

You will also organize and participate in activities and events, such as summer fetes, and support outside activities like shopping, GP visits, and outings.
