Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team at Polaris House, Swindon, SN2 1FL.

Eligibility requirements: Due to sector needs, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass security vetting and DBS checks.

1. Full-time position, 32 hours/week, shifts Monday-Thursday 7:00-15:30, with evenings and weekends off.

A day in the life of a Hospitality Assistant:

1. Manage hospitality operations, overseeing bookings and logistics for fine dining, conferences, and events.
2. Prepare costed proposals with the Head Chef, negotiate and finalize plans with clients.
3. Deliver excellent guest service to maintain our reputation.
4. Assist in the restaurant during quieter times with duties like tills, serving, and stock take.
5. Maintain cleanliness of back and front of house areas.
6. Perform front of house duties, including operating tills, cash handling, and customer service.

Ideal candidate:

• Positive attitude and experience in customer service.
• Previous hospitality experience is essential.
