Job Opportunity: Hospitality Assistant

Alfa Leisureplex Group is hiring a Hospitality Assistant at The Waverley Castle Hotel, Melrose.

Working Hours:

Approximately 25+ hours per week, including weekends and split shifts. Hourly rate of £12.00 – regardless of age!

Role Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks across different areas within the hotel, including the kitchen, bar, and restaurant. You will work closely with department heads to support their needs, learn operational functions, and maintain high standards.
