Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach Hospitality Agents to deliver excellent service
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and team accountability
  • Guide guests through their stay, ensuring positive first impressions
  • Communicate effectively across teams
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Analyze market trends to optimize operations
  • Collaborate with City Operations Leadership to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams, hospitality experience preferred
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Independent problem-solving ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable
  • Tech-savvy with Google Suite skills
  • Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of hospitality and startup environments a plus
